DETAILS:

1. To be eligible, register for any of Dr David's GAMSAT Preparation Courses.

2. Tell a friend about Dr David's GAMSAT Preparation Courses and submit your friend's full name using the referral form below to establish that you are the referrer.

In the event of a dispute as to who referred whom, the person who registered first shall be considered the referrer.

Should two or more people claim to be the referrer of a mutual friend, the person who submitted the referral form below first shall be considered the referrer.

3. If your friend subsequently registers for any of Dr David's GAMSAT Preparation Courses, you will receive a $100 rebate after both of you have attended the first day of your respective courses.

4. Your rebate will be processed automatically via PayPal.

5. You may continue to refer friends and receive rebates up to the value of your registration fee, so it is possible to attend Dr David's GAMSAT Preparation Courses for free!

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully as your use of Dr David's services constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below:

1. The distributed course materials are covered by copyright and are intended for personal use only.

2. Recording devices, including audio and video, are not permitted.

3. Refunds are only permitted if requested more than 14 calendar days before the start date of the course concerned. Completed and partly completed courses purchased under package deal or early bird special arrangements will be deducted at full price from the original payment. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for all refunds.
